Is there a waiting lobby?

Yes, our shop has a cozy waiting lobby with waters, coffee and wifi so you can work or relax while we work on your vehicle!

How long does it take to tint my vehicle?

The amount of time varies, depending on your type of vehicle. A complete car can take 1 to 3 hours. Full-sized trucks generally take an hour and a half. A set of front doors usually only takes 30-45 minutes. If old aftermarket film has to be removed, that can add anywhere from 30 minutes to half a day.

Do I need to wait to roll my windows down?

We recommend that you leave your vehicle windows rolled up for at least 48 hours after window film has been installed. This allows the film to cure and adhere to the glass before the window is moved.

Can window film be matched to vehicle factory window tint?

In most cases yes, depending on how old the film is and whether or not a color stable film was used.

Do I have to come to your location to have my vehicle tinted?

First Class Window Tinting only installs window film on vehicles inside our clean, air-conditioned facility. This way we have complete control over the environment we install window film in. This is how you receive the most quality job.

What is the legal limit of tint in Georgia?

Tint darkness for sedans:

• Windshield: Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 6 inches of the windshield.
• Front Side Windows: Must allow more than 32% of light in.
• Back Side Windows: Must allow more than 32% of light in.
• Rear Window: Must allow more than 32% of light in.

Tint darkness for SUV and vans:

• Windshield: Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 6 inches of the windshield.
• Front Side Windows: Must allow more than 32% of light in.
• Back Side Windows: Any darkness can be used.
• Rear Window: Any darkness can be used.

WARRANTY AND DISCLOSURE INFO

WARRANTY

We are proud dealers of Geoshield film in which we provide a 3 year warranty on our classic tint and a lifetime warranty on our carbon and ceramic film. Our warranty covers installer errors, bubbling, peeling and discoloration. So you can rest assure that your vehicle will be looking great for a very long time! Our warranty does not cover any scratches or damages customers inflict on film.

Window Film & Decal Removal

Window Film removals may cause the glass and/or defroster to be damaged. This is NOT an installer technique issue, this is directly determined by the quality build of the defrosters from the manufacturer (which is out of our control).

By authorizing First Class Window Tinting to proceed with film removal, the client hereby acknowledges the risk, waives any claims against First Class Window Tinting and agrees that First Class Window Tinting will not be liable in the event that damage does occur during the removal process.

Natural Imperfections

Though we strive for perfection in our installations, due to the nature of the product, natural element, & vehicle condition (even when new) some degree of dust or particles and/or minor imperfections are present in every window film application.

Pre-existing flaws, scratches, knicks, metal deposits on the glass are often much more noticeable after the window(s) is tinted.

Older vehicles will have more imperfections due to age. Some newer vehicles will have small stains in exterior of the windows only visible after a film installed. 

What causes the imperfections to stand out after a window tinting installation is the addition of a dark background versus a clear glass before it is tinted.

Windshield Tint Installations

There will be minor natural imperfections present in every windshield film installation. 

Do not apply any decals or windshield accessories on windshield for 7 days. Polarized glasses cause a rainbow effect when seeing through. There are no refunds or warranty coverage on rainbow effect due to wearing polarized sunglasses.
